8 miler over the weekend?

I want to try and run an 8 mile route sometime over the weekend, starting from Triton. The route will go down Festing Road, round canoe lake towards the common, across the common towards Old Portsmouth, up round the grammer school, past Gunwharf and towards American Bar, through the walk way to Broad Street, past Spice Island, up onto the Sea Wall, past Clarence Pier, along the Seafront to Eastney Swimming Pool, round Henderson Road and back to Triton! If you fancy coming along let me or the shop know and we'll arrange a convenient time......it may be first thing in the morning (well before 11!) :-)
